www.instructables.com/cnc – Huge community, lots of 2D content, lots of Tutorials
http://vectorink.com – Good selection of 2D content, lots of silhouettes, simple but striking images
https://lovesvg.com – Stylized 2D content, lots of fun fonts, contemporary designs
https://dxf1.com – Straight forward 2D content, very clip-art-ish but good content
Free 2D CAD Software
Here is some Free 2D CAD Software if you want to create your own 2D CAD files and Content. Some of these have steep learning curves, learn at your own time risk. For instructional videos look on YouTube and search the corresponding software:
www.3ds.com/DraftSight – This software is the most powerful 2D CAD software available for Free
http://librecad.org – This is a good alternate 2D CAD software for Free
www.cadlogic.com/draft-it – A very respectable 2D CAD software in 3rd place for Free

Here is a CNC Fabrication Site, it’s a Paid site and it’s OK in a pinch (and on a tight budget) this site can probably get the job done:
